Default Food Allergies

theer ar some who experience food allergies and in diabetics this can be shown by a raise in ketones and typical allergy reactions and refusal of bgs to come down.
This is a frequent reaction. MAny peope just dont know about it.
When you crave something beyond just anormal cravng. Now a craving can last up to two weeks, It is usually based on one thing: a craving comes from an element n that food that is missing and only that food or combination of foods can provide.

Look at teh age old pickles and ice cream. Pickles ofr the lime, salt and trace minerals that are readily available by the vinegar breakdown and teh spices to be absorbed into tehblood stream. Ice craems for the extra needed fats and calciums. When you combine thes etwo food in tehdigestive tract you glean more fo minerals from both foods than if eaten by itself.
A craving can last as long as two weeks. IN pregnancy often 9 months,

when we see a craving that goes beyond that we ahve to lok at what is happening to teh body on whole. Is there mood changes, changes in breath, body odor, bathroom habits, headache, joint pain, swelling etc.
IN a helathy normal perosn these can all be indicative of food allergy, even some experince projectile vomiting. food allergy.
In diabetics this can be a contnued high elevated glucose level and jkeone productions immedately as well.
so how do you tell if you have a food allergy?
simple: think> what food is theer that you crave, must ahve, day in and day out, that you woudl eat all teh time forgoing any other food, and become cranly when you dont get it?
thast a food allergy?
after eating do you experience any negative reactions? food allergy........

This is just alittle pieceof advice from aperson who has had food allergies.........
oh and if your not sure,., be smart,,. take abendryl. If teh benadryl breaks the need of rt that food, or the craving fo rthat food or combinations of oods then you are for sure allergic!
