Default siiiiiiiiiiiigh pink grapefruit

I love pink grapefruit. I eat about 1/2 of one because w hole one is 30 grams plus of carbohyadrtes. Unlesss that all I eat at he meal. I ike ot peel them then pop the sectins apart and peel those. Its messy but good.
Have you ever tried a Pumello?

Oh double fiber bread by natures own is great and they also have abread thats dense and good and only 5 grams of carb-- actually less per slice!

I doubt that I could find one within a hundred miles so no, I haven't. I do go an Asian market sometimes, though, and probably should ask about that. Are they sweeter than regular grapefruit, or nearly the same?

Default Walmart

Our super center walmart sells them here. They tatse just tehe same as pink grapefruit but the skin is thicker. You trim the pith( white stuff) from the outer skin and dip in sugar water. then dehydrate. Its a nice natural candy.
The fruit istelf is the same as a pink grapefruiit.
This candy is high n carb but also extremely high in fiber and vitamin C.

Well that truly sounds interesting to me! I wonder why I can't find them here... I guess if no one carries them, it's not very likely to start... unless I ask a manager about it. Wonder if that would work? Hmmmm
