Hi Tina. Chris is right about checking your blood glucose levels often and to see if they are in range when you feel this way. High or low blood sugar can make you tired. Untreated low blood sugar or severely high blood sugar can be immediately dangerous.
You also should also have a complete blood panel, with a hemoglobin test to screen for anemia.
You also need a thyroid screen (TSH) to check your thyroid levels, and it wouldn't hurt to check serum vitamin levels, specifically B12.
Your doctor can determine if additional tests, such as a cortisol test ,need to be done.
Some anti hypertensive meds (for high blood pressure) can cause fatigue, especially beta blockers. Your doctor may have to adjust your dose, and your BP should be checked.
You need to see your doctor right as soon as you can.
If all tests are normal, make sure you are eating enough carbs per day (severely restricting carbs will cause fatigue), and spacing your meals, and eat at least 1x every few hours. Make sure you eat complex carbs (like whole grains) and protein at every meal.
Are you sleeping properly during the night? Do you wake up a lot or have trouble breathing? Sometimes sleep disorders like Sleep Apnea can cause fatigue during the day. Sleep Apnea occurs when a person temporarily stops breathing in their sleep. It is more common in Type 2 diabetics/those who are overweight or obese. This is a serious disorder, and needs to be treated.
Don't give up, but see your doctor as soon as you can!
