Wink Kidney disease

It an inevitability of having diabetes that some time you will have kidney problems.
These can be microalbinuria, nepthropathy, bruscillosis, kidney failure, stones, infections etc.
one way to maintain kidney health and happiness oif course is to control Blood glucose levels.
However some symptoms many talke for granted:
like lkessened urination, strong urine, cloudy urine, discolored urine.
One sure way to suspect is if your legs and arms swell up with no justified cause. It like someone injected water under teh skin. It hurts and you pee very scanty!
for this they often RX an ACE inhibitor. this acts as diuretic and opens flow of venus and arterial function in the kidney itself allowing it to flush waste product.
Its alittle thought of side effect but its very very dangerous.
Drinking dis itilled water with no minerals helps, alot! it also helps to pass small stones.
So basically get yourself a good PUR filter opr buy distilled water to help keep your kidneys clean...
