Special K water packets are 5 grams protein and a flavoring. I like the lemonade, I am trying the Ice tea next.
What I found with these is:
One it’s not tart enough. So if you like pucker lemonade you will need to add some real lemon juice to give it a kick. The sweet is perfect!

You can make the liquid and freeze it in an ice cube tray to add to regular lemonade or to special K lemonade so as not to water it down. It freezes real well.

I carry these in my tote and I buy a 35 cent bottle of water when I am at work. It seems to curb the munchies because of the protein.
It says to use 16 ounces of water, but I buy the 20 ounce water and it’s just fine. Powdered lemon juice in little packets add extra pucker power.

Just about everywhere you can get water so carrying these around is simple and non sticky!
