Wow I just found this great website free signup. They plan meals with carbs and calories and such especially for diabetics. There's an exercise plan that the calculator spits out. Recipes too. Check it out.

Has anybody else gone on there here?

That looks wonderful. It would make meal planning easy for a diabetic. The fitness program is something a non-diabetic could also use.

I looked at the link. It looks like a good way for people without diabetes to understand more about it. I always think of Al Pacino in the third Godfather movie when he freaks out because he has an insulin attack and the holy father has to get him some orange juice.

The trick is to never stay radically too far away or get too near extremes.

They don't make the OneTouch Gold anymore, but I have created a glucose meter review section over at diabetic live.
