Default Real treatment

My cousin has recovered now! She was diagnosed as type 2 around four years. She had to take insulin. Now she does not take any medicine. If anyone wants to know more write me heldz59@yahoo.com

If caught early, many people can get off Type 2 meds by losing weight, proper diet, and proper exercise. The problem is, many either just don't do it, or they are given a handful of pills from their doctor and no lifestyle intervention.

There are also many herbal supplements such as chromium and cinnamon that have been shown to help Type 2's.

Make sure to consult with your doctor before beginning any new treatment or exercise program.

Cheers!
