Call me uptight I stress osmthing terrible. I often worry over everything, though I ahve to admit I am getting better. I only have panic atatcks ocassionaly now. BUt what I am finding myself doing is not stressing over things as much as I used to. All of us ahve good jobs, and money is better than it was, family is good and solid.. so all is great!
My daughter hubby and I developed this ritual if you will. Tea time. When things get too much we sit down and have a pot of tea and just forget, take abreather. This is as much for my benefit as for his. He has had a number fo stress heart attacks.
Worrying over things that ned to be worried over is one thing. Woorrying over things that can be fixed is internal stressing> And knowing the difference between the two, of whether its fixable or not is what makes stress less or more on the person. |
