Default Value village.

We give clothing to the diabetic association. They give it to a store called value village. Most of the proceeds from this store go back to the diabetic association.

This sounds like a great organization. I am not sure if they have anything like that around our part of the country , but now I am going to check it out and see. We probably have some great charities that support diabetics that I don;t even know about yet.

Good luck to you. Also, when my grandmother passed away, (she had diabetes) instead of flowers, people gave dontations to the diabetic association. So any donation big or small helps in some way.

Default Wow

here the diabetes associztion provies little to no help. They ahve the walk each year but when you need help they arent available. So I dont donate to them.
I provide diabets educationthrough them and they provide mew ith teh free exchange books. But now they are charging educators for hte books as well.

I love the idea of donations instead of flowers.
