Default Inserts for sandals?

I like to use squishy inserts with good arch support, but also to wear sandals in the summer, not flip flops but sandals with 3-5 strapsa cross them. Does anyone know a brand of inserts that is ahesive but not so much that you can;t reposition it until it is in just the right place? (I tried glue but got the position wrong and then couldnlt move it!)
