Default What time?

What time do you guys exercise. Morning, afternoon or night? For me I like to exercise at night since exercising makes me really tired. I prefer to not go to a gym because of that reason.

I'm afraid if I'd wait until nighttime, I'd probably never get much exercising done. I have to do it in the morning, preferably before 9. I'd be too tired most of the time in the evening to be successful at any kind of exercise program.

Default evening

We started a thing here that we exercise before bed. It doesnt matter if its ten minutes, twenty minutes or just afew situps.
We take a healthy day once a week. And spend all day up at the lake. Exercising. either swimming, biking, walkinmg, spriniting.. something every hour.

Usually at night you aren't doing too much anyway, you know. So exercising at night is a great time to do it. I figure if you can't get it done at night then you aren't going to be able to get it done no other time.

There is no time at all that I like to exercise. That's why it is fortunate that I have my dog. He gets me up and exercising every morning and every afternoon. I used to take him out at munchtime too but now I live too far away from my home so I actually have to pay for a walker to take him for me. What a waste of an exercise opportunity!

I have always been under the impression (and proved it a few times personally) that exercising at bedtime tends to keep people awake. Doesn't bedtime exercise mess with your sleep patterns?

Default Exercise at night a wives tale for some

It has been shown that exercising at night benefits some but can aggriavte certain conditions.
if you have a tendency to be an insomniac it will keep you awake as it will aggrivate RLS or even migraines.
IN some exercising at night helps t release extra endorphins.
I know 2when I do Pilates i get so mellow and sleepy.
so it really depends.

Well I certainly don't need any more insomnia, so I'll be happy to keep my
exercising for the mornings. I knew there was a reason I kept it that way!

Good point! A lot of things that we do during the day offer some pretty
intense exercise for sure!
