Default false precept

I have been reading Parise posts and it ahs be concerned over he idea of chcolate and sugar water.

Gatorade and powerade offer high carbohydrate loading. This is dangerous for a diabetic si\mply because when we experience heat exhaustions, heat strke or exsevvoe heat out ut our glucose levels soar.
By adding extra glucose you are actually exacerbating a spike and that can be dangerous.
The use of Lipton Sugar free teas is an excellent idea. the idea is t hydrate not glucose load. Your energy ourput s not as excessive in teh ehat as say a Football player.
temperance is the bet bet. Traditional lemonade, Iced tea, frozen tea, plain water, is actually best for diabetics.
