If it's possible to fall, I'd fall and do damage to myself. I am not lucky that way. This just might not be the way for me to exercise. I guess I'll stick to music and hand weights until something better comes along.
And I never take off my shoes! Once, I had my shoes off for a moment and I stepped on a nail! Good thing it didn't break the skin, but from that moment on, I knew that I am not lucky so I take all precautions I can to remain safe.
As long as I keep asking about getting the right exercise, I'm sure I will find the best way for me someday! |
