Default Gym's

Since, I am an avid Gym regular, I was wondering how many others might be doing this regularly. I see a lot of people at the gym that join and start for a short while and then you never see them again. I believe in myself that this is a perfect form of exercise, if you can afford it and one is near you.

Personally I think that getting used to exercising at home on your own at your own rate and keeping to your own schedule is the best way to get exercise into your life and have it become an everyday, anywhere habit.

Many people can't afford to take the time to exercise much less take the extra time it takes to travel to a gym and get ready there and then travel home again.

I think that if you make exercising a habit that you can do anywhere and at any time, you will be more likely to incorporate it into every day living.

If you are driving and see the day is nice, you can park a longer distance from your house and walk. Or if you take mass transit and it's a beautiful day, you can just get off early and walk home.

If you find you have an empty hour one day, all you need to do is pick a tape you have in the house and exercise away and have fun.

If you always look at your day and make sure you take time to do some sort of exercise, you can just up and go walk, run, dance or any type of exercise. This way all day and the whole world is the place to get moving, it's not just at the gym.
