Leslie Sansone's Walk Aerobics!

I wish with all my heart that I could do Leslie Sansone's walk at home aerobics tapes again. I used to follow them years ago before she became so famous and my hips became too bad for me to stand. If anyone hasn't tried them, I really recommend them. Leslie is not at all one of those reed thin model types who you can never even imagine talking to in real life. She has a friendly and warm personality and her directions to walk are easy to follow.

She also has people who are in all shapes and sizes and ages who walk with her and because of this, no matter what shape you might be in -- you'll feel comfortable being in the class. And walking is the perfect exercise for diabetics. She even has arm movements along with the walking -- they look easy but they make you STRONG!

Oh I so wish I could still do them. But I can recommend her tapes to everyone.

There are times when sciatica acts up and my hips burn and i just cant walk too........
Or when i lay on my stomach to watch TV and they lock.............

Bubble baths are much better exercise then!

Please tell me more about these walking tapes. Are they still available today? This sounds like something I might be interested in.

Oh I wish I could do them again. I lost so much weight when I was doing them and my legs never looked better!
