Does anyone know of a good tape to buy that has exercising for people in wheelchairs? All of the ones I've seen (and bought) are aimed at elderly and really frail people. I don't need to follow a tape where all you do is lean your head gently to the left and count to ten!

I have arthritis in both hips and I need a tape that is for people who can still use their arms and upper body. I don't have a way to get to water exercises, and to tell the truth, I am not in the mood to get into a bathing suit anymore!

I'd like a nice lively wheelchair exercise tape of any kind.

Any ideas?
