walking is good..... I am amerchandiser, so all day long I am walking to and from my car, around stores searching out stuff, lifting, carrying and generally working.......
When i am at home i kick back, but I like afew exerfises to prevent that funny burn and cramp you get in your shoulders.
Do you find that your legs swell up if you sit for alongtime?
Mine do no matter how much i walk, run, sit.........
