Todays exercise is:Turkey lifts! I found this site that gives you one exercise for the day!
The idea is to do one that doesn’t disrupt you and gives you some sort of movement!
And it’s not what you think!
Go to your freezer. If you have a large 10 pound or more frozen turkey remove it.
Holding it by the loop handle stand erect and each arm do 10 lifts. Slowly so you feel the muscles working. Then sit in a chair, legs stretched out in front of you, keep your legs held tightly together. Lift both legs together and place the turkey close to your ankles, but not on your ankles. Raise and lower your legs 10 times, slowly. Feel it in your butt and legs!
If you still need more, grab the turkey with both hands and raise and lower it above your head 10 times, slowly. Like your Superman throwing a really big boulder….
Now you can either make that turkey or put it back in the freezer. Gloves and long pants reccomended…….. |
