I believe that jogging is one of the best form of exercise. And it's good for the heart. Why not spend lots of bucks for buying pills if there's other solution?
Jogging is a great way to get exercise, however, it's not for everybody. Not everybody has the motivation, first of all, to jog regularly. I also think that there are some people who physically cannot jog.
I have never enjoyed jogging. I would rather go for a walk or do other types of cardio at the gym or something. Running is tough on the knees and back. You have to be in good shape to jog.
