be careful about the cereal I love curves too... just never get there. Anyway the cereal has 47 grams of carbohydrate in a tiny serving. So eating it first then working out works! hehehehe
we have a curves right here, finally. I wish I could afford it. Ther was something i read that certain places have bring canned food and get 30 dollar sign up fee waived as well..........
