Independent insurance, medicare wil pay. Medcaid and HOMOs wont work wiht this company.

well we focus on non HMO medicare patients(because there is no cost out of their pocket) but we also work with PRIVATE INSURANCES as well.. we call them up and work out a special deal or offer which can get you the supplies at either a smaller cost of what you are paying now or alot of times at NO COST to you..


and if your meter breaks we give you a new one for free as well..other companies either charge you for the shipping or for half or what the meter cost.....

The problem is that so many patients are on medicaid or HMOs and need this type of service to keep them in compliance.
So many companies like yours make it seem like anyone can get ameter, and many diabetics need them, that it becomes dissapointing when they cant get one.
Not that I am faulting your company or any company. Its just that it seems to single out many petients that need your service the most just cant get it.

Thankfully many pateints can get thrugh PPV and cmpany resolution departments to get theirs.

oh i know alot of medicaid or other kind of patients could benefit from our service but hmo's and medicaid are picky where and how they get their supplies.. alot of hmo or medicaid patients complain to us about only getting less supplies than they need.. like one person said on friday that she is supposed to test 3 times a day as per her doc and medicaid only will cover 2 times a day.. which leaves her to have to buy the rest on her own. we would love to help these kinda of patients but those insurances have sooooooo many messed up rules that they dont allow us to.

I know here in TN its awful. 96,000 chronical illpateinst were dropped from medicaid and theyahve no where to go for medical help.
And then companies like your are lucky if they get paid by the states that do have it.
If a national health plan wer einstituted do you think your services would still eb available or do you think that woud put a dent in it?
