Take the challenge!
Many parents remember growing up and seeing those things for the president fitness challenge for their kids in school.
But as adults we never think we can get rewarded for actually doing. In some of our cases. laundry! Yes we can be rewarded for housework!

The president's challenege.org has a list of 120 things that are considered exercise and after so many points or weeks we cane get a reward or a medal. A T-shirt certificate and so on.

Actually its not that its cute, it was done to show that everyone does intensive exercise ins ome way shape or form. there used otbe this old idea that housewives, like me, used otb eocuch potatoes stuffing their face with bonbons.. and so on. OK some people like my husbands exwidfe was like that. But that was rare. More owmen who stay at home do more daily exercise and shoudl be rewarded. So they actually took a look at playing was like and did, and waht activities poeple did and well.. you have it then.......
