Ok sop I bought this book on pilates. I used to do it when I was kid in ballet class. and I ahve a small routine that works well. I do it when i feel crummy.
I do 3 pumps of the " 100" these are actually 10 very rapid pumps up and down.
I like the Circle D, the swan, leg shifts and so on.
I also Do these before bed and sleep like a baby................
Have you ever noticed that ater you do ilates say for about a week or two that your clothes fit so much better. The only downward trend is I fond my clothes fit wonderfully but my stamina drops.
