Default Wine may help, not Whine

In a reacent study of French, Europeana nd American Diabetics, they found that Those who regularly drank at least 1 5 ounce glas of RED wine, had continually better cholesterol, BGs, A1C and less kidney problems, than Americans who did not partkae. when teh study continued and the American group began drinking 1 glass every other day their numbers improved, when drinking 1 5 pounce with everymeal, and continued on their individual meal plans and medications, their numbers fell in line with those from teh medeterrian, france and Europe who had consistant lower numbers.

Now their diest also included breads, lots of fish, olives, oilve oil, butter etc. so their diet was richer not fast food.............

I am allf or that.. but I am not so sure about the Winhe. Whining...........

Default It Ain't Necessarily So

Studies are now showing that alcohol can be directly linked to breast cancer. The test they have done is showing that women who have at least one drink per day is at risk 7% higher than their non drinking counterparts.

The more the women drank the more those women got cancer. It didn't matter what kind of alcohol they had! Everybody has a study!
