Question Vitiman D & Children

I just heard something on the tv about vitiman D reducing the risk of developing diabetes. Supposedly when given to the kids as a supplementit cuts their risk in hlf or something. Has anyone else heard about this?

Default Its also based on calcium

When we have vitamin D enriched dairy products the kids and adults are getting more calcium. they found that teh higherthe calcium, phosphors in foods, the nmore the body tries to gain what it can and use what it can. So it burns more calories to break it down.
Hence loosing weight and theerby reducing the incidence of pre diabetes or borderline.

Personally I have found that when I eat more hard dairy like cheese, yogurt, sour cream, 1 percent milk i loose more weight and need less insulin..
It could also be i the increased proteins, but it works even without the cheese....
try going to the 27/7 milk diet site to see what stuff they have to add to the information.
