Default sugar free ice-cream

I've tried it and it takes just like regular ice-cream. Even non diabetics could get a benefit from this. No sugar. Healthier.

Do you guys ever have Creamies? They're yummy and sugar free I believe. My father always buys this kind since he's diabetic.

The brand is chapmans and they use aspertain. We have a chapmans plant here, but I'm sure you could probably get it in most grocery stores.

I'm not sure I've seen it and I don't think they carry the brand where I live.

I wonder if it's a good diet product?

Yes, sugar-free ice-cream does taste just like regular ice-cream for me. There was someone in another thread asking about what to serve at a diabetes-friendly birthday party, and it got me to thinking that it would probably be a good idea to make all birthday party menus this way.It would be a lot healthier for the children.
