Default Sugarfree drinks

I have never been a good water drinker, but also hate the acrid taste of artificially sweetened beverages. Does anyone have any recommendations? Expecially thing of the Koolaid varuety that I can take to work and wix up there?

it may depend on the sweetener you're using - I use Equal and it's great for me, but Aspertame/Nutrasweet just grates on my throat!

I can't stand aspartame and it seems to be in most things. I get sick of trying new products only to find that they are not palatable. I guess I will try some equal sweetened products and see if they are any better. Do you know what the active ingredient is in it?

I got so tired of finding out that certain ingredients in various drinks were potentially harmful that I *did* turn mostly to water lately. It's kind of boring but at least no one has found anything harmful in bottled water yet. I think!

You're right, I DON'T want to know, that's the kind of water that tastes best! But now I'll have no rest until I look up what it was! Gee! But whatever it was, it's still on the shelves, right, so it must have blown over? hehe Okay, here I go to research.

How about unsweetened orange juice? It's naturally sweet, but no added sugar.

Sugar is sugar, though. So jiuce can be good when your blood sugar is low but bad other times. Did you know grape juice has 40% more calories than grape soda?
