Default Banana chips

This one worked for us, though I am not sure how it wold work for others, but Id like input if you try it

we have an old dehydrator wo instead we [propped our oven open and set in on low.. it took two days but they turned out pretty good.......

peel a banana.
in a bowl whisk 1 small egg white and sprinkle a bit of splenda on it. whick it in.

Slice your nana real thin. Drop into egg white splenda mix]

lay on a piece of clean washed screen or close together rungs cooking rack or even an old dehydrator rack.

place in dehydrator or in propped open oven. cvhips are done when crunchy and hard and glossy.

we made these and ate every one of five pounds of bananas.......
