Smile Sour Cream and fruit

this is a typical European and Danish treat.

you need: 1/2 cup sour cream
sprinkle Splenda

Mix well.
choose or mix from these for best flavors
1/2 apple, peeled and chunked,
9 grapes split
some melon chunked
a few strawberries
1/2 banana

these are choices, you dont have to use all of them. just mix and match for yoru favorite taste

mix well into the sour cream. For extra fun and protein add some sunflower seeds

If all you are doing is adding fruit to sour cream, there's other things that go just as well with sour cream:

With dairy days, my family used to have sour cream with pot cheese or with farmer cheese.

When Cottage cheese curds are drained, the cheese is called cottage cheese. If it's drained longer it is called pot cheese. When the remaining moisture is pressed out, it becomes dry and crumbly which is called farmer's cheese. (AKA Neufchatel cheese)
