Default Scales and equipment

One thing I ahve found is that gettinga few good piece kitchen gadgets makes cooking easier
measuring spoons with stamped sizes and not painted. the same for measuring cups, a good kictchen scale, a kitchen timer,
a good cutting board, one goodpeeler, one good fillet kjnife and either a kleaver or chefs knife..
bowls.. lost fo bowls and good collander......
1 good tea kettle, 2 good cat iron pans( you can bake in these as well) wood spoons, spatula, rolling pin and recipe books!

Default America's Test Kitchen

If you have any questions about the "best" cooking utensil to buy then you should look at the site for The America's Test Kitchen:

America's Test Kitchen

All they do there is test different appliances, no matter how small or large and tell you the results. They also test for the best cooking flour, best recipes, best cooking chocolate, best cooking pan etc. All the information is there about the runner ups and why they weren't well liked too.

I needed to buy a new can opener and looked it up there. I found the best one and it's been working out really well. The same thing for the best knife. I looked it up, read the test results and got the best knife!

It's a great informational site.
