Default Kosher cooking primer

Kosher cooking by no means ia feat in itself:
just to give you a heads up:
Just look in your own jouse.. how many products that you use are Kosher!
Its amazing!
A majority of foods that are out there carry the K, circle K, triangle K, P, OU symbols. All of these are Kashruth symbols, or the symbols of kosher. P and OU are pareve.
Higher standard .
If you have a dairy product under no circumstances can that product be eaten crossed over. So if you have a milk product and a meat product you can't eat them together just because they have an OU on them.
So in the previous recipe the use of butter is a major no-no in cooking with meat.. margarine as long as there is no dairy is fine, however oil is preferred.

Now eher is a funny loophole, if lets say you had a really good burger... no cheese( unless its that funky fake stuff.,., eeewww) and you want to have a shake with that,.,, you can have it if you wait between 15 and twenty minutes after finishing the burger.........

Now e dont go that far. We have a great rabbi that actually goes beyond and does research. So for us, the cheese has to be exceptionally hard. this way theer is no presence of any liquid milk, so we can have a cheese burger.. the harder teh cehese according to the college he talks with the the higher fat content and no liquid milk is present. so no chance of contamination, if you get our drift.

Butter is a sticky subject, since fat globules stick together there is always possibuiility of liquid cought, so we avoid it when eating meat opting for olive or corn oil. Now we found some awsome no dairyt spreads that are good for your heart.. that tastse good on fresh baked bread........

Meat can only be from teh fron of the cow.. no rear.. and it has to be cooked until its like shoe leather. Not only that, but tomake sure there is no trace of any blood you sprinkle kosher salton it and then rinse it to get all the blood out.
Since we live in the south with no kosher butcher we eat beef.. a nice roast in tomatoe juice.. umnnnnnn

Alll veggies are fair game, all fruits are fair game...
Venison is good game, fish yummmmmmmmm.. as long as it has fins and scales
Fowl, for teh most part a mjority fo fowl is Kosher..some arent.. like ostritch, emu, some field birds....

Halvah is good, nuts...... so you can eat pretty healthy if you justthink about it....
