This is a 3 scoop treat

3 scoops Carb Control Ice cream
1 medium banana
Real Reddi Whip
1 Marachino Cherry
Sprinkles
Low Card Chocolate Syrup
Sugar free Strawberry Jam

Start by splitting your banana in half lengthwise. PLAce on either side of deep dessert bowl. Inbetween these plces your 3 scoops of Carb COntrol Ice cream.

IN a small saucer, take some Sugar Free Jam and mix witha touch of water to thin. Spoon a serving over all three scoops

On top of this squiggle a serving of Sugar Free Hersheys chocolate syrup

Top with an overflowing of Reddiwhip and a few sprinkles for color and top with cherry........

That sounds very decadent! I don't think I've seen low carb ice cream.

I've frozen slices of banana to add to blended fruit smoothies and I was surprised how good they are for snacks, especially if the bananas were very ripe. I think they'd be great on a hot day in the summer.

Also Blue Bunny has a great Ice cream too thats low carb> Not as low as this though and no wghere near the good flavor.
