Best ever chicken salad 6 ounces pre cooked and cooled pure chicken meat
4 ounces extra chiken cut into strips
Miracle whip
1/4 diced honeycrisp apple
7 large seedless red grapes cut in half
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup deiced deseeded cucumber
1/4 cup diced fine bell pepper ( any color)
salt
pepper
cut chi8cen into bitesized pieces, dump in bowl. add all other ingredients and add enough miracle whip or lowfat or low carb mayo to coat and cover the ingredients. Set aside.
Line plate with bok choy, romain or leaf lettuce leaves that are dry!
scopp out salad into equal servings. top with extra chicken strips.
