Default eggs and onions

Every jewish household has this one......
2 eggs
1/4 cup diced sweet onion
butter
salt and pepper

break eggs and wisk until creamy yellow
add onions. heat pan and butteruntil crunchy, pour in eggs, whisk around eggs until dry and fluffy.
Serve with toast and rolaids
