This is a unique jewish recipe.

1 board matzo
1 extra large egg
1 tablespoon butter
salt pepper

Break room tem egg in deep bowl. mix well. add salt and pepper again mix well. Over egg break up matzo into little chibiks or pieces. lket it soak in teh matzo for about a minute or so.
IN a hot butterd fry pan dump mixture ina nd move around so that the matzo gets heated througha dn the egg cooks.
Serve with coffee and tums.......
