Philly Gyros 1 package SteakUmms........
two tabelspoons olive oil
salt
pepper
1 medium green pepper, sut into strips
1 small sweet onion, cut into strips
flatout flat breads
Kraft Buttermilk Ranch dressing
Sargento Mozerella cheese/Provelone mix cheese shreds
In a skillet drizzle oil toss in onions, and peppers, salt and pepper, cook until onions begin to get soft, lay steakumms or other style meat ontop opf teh onions, add salt and pepper ontop of steak. Cover, remove after threemionutes and continue to fry. Yes FRY!
remove to papertowel.......... serve on heated flatout breads.
Pile meat in center of bread, pile on cheese, drizzle with dressing. Wrap up and enjoy.
