Koogle, kugel This is atraditional jewish recipe, but so many people like it. i cant make enough..........
8 ounces Amish noodles
3 eggs
1/2 cup Spenda to taste
1 cup milk
1/2 pint sour cream
1 teaspoons vanilla
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 stick butter melted
Boil noodles and drain. IN another bowl zap and melt butter. in a biiger bowl mix all ingredients.
Add flavorings:
Sugar Free strawberry jam swirled through
Sugar Free Pineapple ice cream topping swirled through
Sugar free Canned Pie cherries or apple filling swirled through
Sugarfree Chocolate syrup or sugarfree fudge topping swirled through
dump into a butterd baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or so until top begins to brown. when edges and brown spots begin to appear and it just looks done, remove and let cool completely before serving. |
