Default No Bake strawberry cheese cake

1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
4 packaged miniature graham cracker pie crusts
1 egg white, beaten
3 1/2 cups low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup sugar or Splenda sugar substitute
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup sliced strawberry
2 tablespoons strawberry all-fruit spread
Directions
1Place the yogurt in a yogurt strainer or a mesh strainer lined with a paper coffee filter, place in refrigerator and allow to drain for several hours or overnight.

2Preheat oven to 375 degrees, lightly brush the tart shells with egg white and bake for 5 minutes, cool completely.
3In a blender container, combine the cottage cheese, drained yogurt, sweetner, vanilla and cinnamon.

4Divide evenly into the tart shells, place in refrigerator and allow to set for 2 to 3 hours.

5Place the fruit spread in a small microwave safe bowl and warm; mix the sliced strawberries and fruit spread, cover and refrigerator.

6When ready to serve, spoon the strawberry mixture on top of the tarts and enjoy

I love chees cake, but this dish sounds nothing like it. I don't think it should be called cheese cake, because the taste would not be even close to the real thing.

Default my cheesecake

4 packages cream cheese or neufactel cheese
3 eggs
1/4 cup flax flour
Splenda to taste
1/4 whole milk or 1/2 n 1/2

in a deep bowl mix teh whole shabnag up until its creamy and whipped.
OPour into a prepared pie crust if desired line a cake pan with parchmnet and ppour into pan. shake and let settle on counter. IN a pre heated 375 degree oven slide cake in. Allow it to cook for 15 minutes, no longer than 20 minutes at this temperature. then reduce down to 325 and cook for 45 minutes until it begins to brown. theenter will jiggle a bit.
When its done, remove and set to collapse and chill for about three hours before cutting or it wont taste right.
here are some hints: foir a pungent taste you can add 1/4 cup sour cream or sub buttermilk for milk./ You can add abit more milk for a smoother batter.

you can add: ice cream toppings into teh batter. cut it through or swirl it through, dont mix,
you can add choclate chips, oreos, chcolate pudding to teh plain batter.

USE PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE RECIPE for therefect cheesecake too........

substituting with Spenda saves a lot of carb as does not using a crust..... if you keep just teh cheese part its awsome...
