Diabetic cook books

What are the best cook books for diabetics. I have a family member that has diabetes and needs me to cook once in awhile. Her diet is pretty strict and I would like to make something not so boring.

My mom just bought some for my aunt. She said there are so many to choose from. I don't know any of the names of them but if you went to a bookstore I know they have a lot of good ones. Now my aunt has quite a collection of them so she can look through them and get different ideas. I know I am not much help as far as names of specific cookbooks but I do know that there are lot of good ones out there. Maybe even check you local public library for some diabetic cookbooks. That way you can save money and cook healthy for your family member.

Here's a good one:
The New Family Cookbook for People with Diabetes:

It has many recipes, for foods you eat all day - everyday.

Have you tried searchin around the various diabetes sites for recipes? The Internet is great for that. I especially like:

If you contact the American Diabetes Association or the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation they can provide you with great recipes.
