Default DVT in arms and legs

While its rare it does happen.
What we found out is that it can develope through repetitive activity, or sleeping say on an arm.
Sympti\oms are pain, swelling, het with blue or disoclroation, hypersenitivty to pain and excrutiating pain.

Beleive me, unles syou ahve had it theer is nothing like it.
My arms and chest seem to get it worse than my legs, which get a swollen ankle. In my arms they tingle, get very hot and turn from bright red to blue.
I had unltrasoubnds done and other tests an \d it came back negative, for now.
So we started ona regimine of aspirin a few times duringthe day fulldose.
I am not to eat foods with lots of Vitamin K, but I love eggs and salmon.......

We will keep track and see hwo well it goes. So far I am only on it two days.....

Default Update:

So we figured out the correct doseage to get the DVT under control. 3 aspirin in the AM and four before bed. This at least controls it so that I am not in pain.
My arm still swells but we found ad irect link on that one to coffee consumption and not peeing.. so we are back ion diuretics. Diovan seems to work but not as well as Lasix.
So back to OTC full fledged diuretics that I can afford.

My blood is really thin, but because I eat eggs and take vitamin K along with high B, the platelets not sticking and keeping me relaxed has helped more than a lot of other drugs………

It is figured that in four weeks I can come off of very high dose of aspirin and dr\op down to two in tejh morning and two at night.
I have to admit though taking the aspirin has helped me sleep better…..
But it hasn’t done anything for the shingles
