Diabeties has an affect on alot of different parts of the body. As far as an eye stroke is concerned, I haven't heard of that but that doesn't mean that it doesn't exist either. The blood vessels in the eye can erupt just like the blood vessels in your brain. As we get older our eye sight becomes slippery. I don't think that her eye sight will flucuate along with her diabetes. As far as getting better is concerned but it is capable of getting worse.
