My mother has good luck with adding pure lavender essential oil to her lotions. It didn't matter what lotion. Her very dry, cracked feet healed up overnight with the lavender added. If you buy lavender oil, be sure to get one that says pure essential oil. A small bottle can run about $30, but you only use 3-4 drops with the lotion on each foot.
