only one problem with that It happens. Being diabetic you go through periods of not eating, eating wrong and them being very good and sticking to a balanced diet.....
Like lately this past week, with getting back into the water my apetite has dwindled.......
If you add up everything i ate theer really si very little except for 30 grams of fiber 27 grams of protein and about 30 grams of carb all day long.......
I find that mostlyt its pre menstrual my " bad days of eating".
Also fruit fasts are nto a godo idea for a diabetic..... while it may be good for someone with a normal insluin level, it can create havoc just as bad as eatingw rong. and I fo one dont liek all those shots........ |
