I check before meals and exercise and before I drive.
If I feel different I do also. I don't always feel the lows until they are really low anymore so it is good to check. If I am sick I check more.
I don't do the 2 hour after meal as much any more just because I don't have as many strips each month as I did. It used to be 8 -- 10 times and now it is usually 4-6 unless the low hangs on a long time and then I am checking until I hit normal numbers.
