It sounds strange but we do take in vitamins through sunlight via our eyes skin and even our throat. When I was a kid and I had a sore throat, my father had us kids open our mouths to let the sunlight in. I thought it was just a silly thing to do. But now there is proof that sunlight kills bacteria and so you should open your mouth and let the sunlight shine on a sore throat!
