Slices of a loaf of whole grain bread can become a 300 calorie snack mistake in a moment. Cottage cheese can be made into a snack and if you are on a regulated diet, then it can pull you off course too. Tuna fish can be a bad snack, any leftovers can too. Even fruit can ruin a good day of dieting if you have that urge to fill your face and damn the calories!
Sometimes all you need are a few minutes of calm breathing to get you over that feeding frenzy feeling. I use the breath strips because it works for me. I can't even think of having anything that will combine well with that Listerine taste. UGH! |
