I mention the Listerine strips because they work the best for me.
When I am on a diet, I know that there are some times when I suddenly feel hungry and will be going off to get something to eat, healthy or not, in a moment. I used the Listerine to give me the few minutes it takes to have those hunger pangs get controllable or to go away.
Some people try having a sucking candy or suck on a cinnamon stick, so as not to eat anything with more calories. I always found myself taking multiple candies so that didn't work. The Listerine strip did work because it's not tasty or something youl'd eat for fun. You'd never take two of those!
That's why I said that this works to stop snacking.
