N Many people snack for a number fo reasons:
hunger, false hunger, boredom, bruxism.
TRue hunger is when all you think about is food, you feel the effects of needing to eat., like ultimate distraction etc.

fals hunger is the " noshy" or snack mode. you want something but nnot sure.
Boredom is eating for something to do, your not hungry and your not noshy.

Bruisxism is where the jaw needs to move or it grinds and clamps down.

I found that coffee, and waterw ith special K water additive gives me fiber and protein, so if i was really hungry it would curb it for a while and if i were just noshy its healthy.

here is what I do: walk into teh kitchen a\nd say to myself:
are you hungry. if i can turn around and walk out and not feel anything, then i wasnt hungry and i didnt want a snack.
If i walk back in i grab an enhanced water, if that didnt stop i woudl grab a bowl of salad with egg and cheese.
I have two fav snacks as well:
a Flatout flat bread with three slices of turkey and Wishbone spritz
salad

i dont actualy prevent from noshing i talk to myself a lot
