That is a great idea. I can see how that strategy would work for a short while. It is along the same lines as of my strategy's for not snacking.


Chewing gum will help you not to snack. Reasoning is your mouth is busy and you are gaining constant tasting sensations. Gum comes in the cinnamon flavor if you prefer, but for the bad testing food I would say the spearmint.
