Default Body Signals

I agree, its best to get in tune with your body…..
For me, I can now tell when my Bgs are up and dropping just by the “ tingle” changes.
Neuropathy has one type of tingle and sugar fluctuation has another…….. body signals you kind get to know after years of making mental notes of how highs and m\ lows make you feel, and when you first start out, I found that keeping a log book with notes helps a lot!
For me, when i have strips and can afford them I check 3 amybe 4 times a day ona slow day. When I am ill I check very very often!
